Description: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation. Execute the technical aspects of projects, including hardware/software installation, network configuration, and server setup. Provide technical support during project implementation and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed about project progress. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each project, including configurations and troubleshooting guides. Coordinate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and well-integrated solution for the client. Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the implemented solutions meet client requirements. Provide training sessions for clients and end-users.
Requirements: Bachelors’ degree or its foreign equivalent in computer science or a highly related field and 1 year of experience. May require travel and/or relocation to multiple unanticipated client locations throughout USA.
